The Prism Philosophy
See yourself as a prism that is open to taking everything in, filtering out that which does not resonate with you and then shining a beautiful rainbow outwards.

Testimonials
~ Cindy
She personifies this old Arabian proverb for me: "Oh the comfort of feeling safe with a person, of having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all out, wheat and chaff together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keeping what is worth keeping and, with a breath of kindness blow the rest away."
~ Kevin
Choice: Our sessions helped me to be aware that regardless of how the situation may seem, there is always another option and choosing does not mean that I'm giving up or have failed. It simply means that I recognise that the are certain situations that are in conflict with my values and there's nothing wrong with eliminating those situations by simply making another choice and thus honouring my values. Making another choice also doesn't mean that I am ungrateful or demanding, it simply means I'm honest with myself and others.
The Truth: The truth always lies beneath and shapes the tip of the ice berg. My thoughts and feelings shape my behaviour and because I know this, I am able to decide how I handle certain situations in a mature manner that serves me and the next person. More importantly I also learnt that there is no truth in self-sacrifice.
Expansion: Each and every session gave me more insight about what lies beneath. In our last session, I realised that the purpose of my life and all the experiences I go through isn't to turn myself into who I think i should be in future. It is use the present moment to unfold and expand who I already am; I am powerful, loving, creative, divine and full of potential.
Thanks to our sessions, I'm being true to myself and growing each day.
Thanks Again Debby,
Nomfundo!
